This Privacy Policy explains how Nest Wealthcare ("Nest," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit nestwealthcare.com or join our waitlist. Nest is an early-stage product in development. This policy applies to visitors in the United States.
Information you give us. When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and your answer to whether you'd commit to saving. If you choose to, you may also share how much you could save each week, where you work, and your ZIP/postal code. These last items are optional.
Information collected automatically. When you use the site we automatically collect certain technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, the link or campaign that brought you to us (referrer/UTM parameters), and a timestamp.
We use cookies and similar tools to operate the site, understand our traffic, and measure and improve our advertising. This includes third-party analytics and advertising tools from:
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through the ad platforms' own settings and through tools like the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. We also honor recognized browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who help us run the site and our marketing, including Formspree (which processes our waitlist form submissions) and the analytics and advertising providers listed above. Sharing data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "share" under some U.S. state laws; see "Your privacy choices" below. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws in other states), you may have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you; request access to or deletion of it; correct it; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising.

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to contact you about Nest, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Nest is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as Nest develops. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
